You can make sure you install the right version (Windows or Mac?) of DumboFab Blu-ray Ripper first, then check if there's trailing blank when entering the lregistration code (note they are all zeros in the registration code, no letter O). No. The key for Windows and Mac is different. If you purchase the wrong version of our program, please contact our support team ([email protected]) within 7 days to exchange the license.

You need to uninstall our program from your original PC for using on new computer. Generally, one license key can only be activated on a single computer for single user license. If you want to use the DumboFab Ripper on multiple machines at the same time, you need to buy the appropriate number of separate license keys accordingly.

1) If the case happens to all Blu-ray or DVDs, you can follow the steps below to solve the problem.

· Make sure you are using the latest version of DumboFab Blu-ray Ripper.

· Make sure you have connected a Blu-ray Drive to load the Blu-ray disc or DVD.

· Make sure the system read the Blu-ray Drive and Blu-ray disc correctly.

· Make sure you have a good network.

· Uninstall the program and restart the computer. Then install the program again.

· Close the anti-virus program when downloading.

When the set up finishes, please right-click the icon on the desk top of your computer, and choose Run as administrator.

If your problem still cannot be solved, please contact us ([email protected]) with all files in the log folder for analysis. Here are the ways for you to find files in the log folder.

• Move your mouse cursor to the upper-right corner and click "Help" and select "Open Log", it will direct to the installation folder of this program. The log folder is in the installation path.

2) If the case happens to some DVDs only, it is maybe the encryption issue. We suggest you contact us with detailed information, including Blu-ray or DVD name, the region code, publisher and Amazon link.

Yes. DumboFab Blu-ray Ripper supports renaming the output video. You can move mouse cursor to the "Edit" menu and click "Rename" option to type the proper file name.

Yes, you can click "Edit" > "Crop". Then, choose the crop area ration, and select the want part.

Click "Edit" > "Effect" to set special effect and filters. Choose the filter and adjust contrast, saturation, brightness and hue.

Add a subtitle: Click "Edit" and choose "Subtitle" to add a subtitle to your video. Subtitles in srt, ass, ssa formats are supported.

Add watermark: Click "Edit" and choose "Watermark" to add text or image to your video.

The trial version and registered version are the same product, except for the limitation: Limit the output files to 3 minutes. After purchasing, you will get a registration code. Once you register the product, the free trial limitations will be removed.

1. Make sure there is no dusk on your Blu-ray disc.

3. Errors may lay down on the disc, you may need to replace a new one.
